**birds melt sky（バーズ・メルト・スカイ）**は、シンゴマエダとミヤゾエアキによる東京発の2ピースユニット。エレクトロニカ、ダブ、ポストロックを軸に、ディジュリドゥや民族的リズムを融合させたサウンドで、唯一無二の浮遊感とグルーヴを生み出す。

楽曲はフランスのTVやYouTubeでも高い評価を受け、国内外で注目を集める存在に。

2018年より海外アーティスト招聘イベントを定期的に開催。近年は台湾ツアーやSpookey Rubenとの全国ツアーも成功させ、2025年最新作「youth」では幻想的なエレクトロとジャージービートの新境地を開拓。ミニマルかつ熱量あるライヴで、聴く者を非日常へと誘うアーバン・エレクトロの旅人たち。

birds melt sky is a Tokyo-based duo formed by Shingo Maeda and Aki Miyazoe. Blending elements of electronica, dub, and post-rock with didgeridoo and tribal rhythms, they craft a uniquely atmospheric soundscape rich in both groove and weightlessness. Their music has received acclaim on French TV and YouTube, garnering attention both in Japan and abroad. Since 2018, they have hosted regular events inviting international artists. In recent years, they’ve successfully toured Taiwan and Japan with Spookey Ruben. Their latest release in 2025, “youth”, explores a new frontier by fusing ethereal electronic textures with Jersey beats. With a minimalist setup and powerful live presence, birds melt sky invite listeners into an urban electro journey beyond the ordinary.
